Sweet Potato Casserole
3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes 1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. milk 2 eggs, beaten
Mix all, eggs last. Put in greased 8 x 10 baking dish.
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar, packed 1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup butter, softened
Mix and put on top of potato mixture.
Bake 25- 30 min. at 350F or until topping is brown.
